What a truly amazing man Mr. Rogers was to all of us. What a gift! He passed 10 years ago, and is terribly missed by the children that were able to grow up with Mr. Rogers like myself. I wish he were still around to greet and teach my girls.

Snow Dump 2013

We had a HUGE dump of snow over the weekend. From Saturday night through Sunday, we received enough snow to cover everything deep under the fluffy stuff. We built sledding tracks in the yard and drove around in our car like it was a snowmobile. The consistency wasn't ideal for building snowmen, but we're hoping that today that all changes. FUN! There were some big-time winds that accompanied the snow which caused snow drifts to build up on the ground and even over our roof… as you can see below.

Holiday Motorcycles

I love the idea of having a motorcycle made from a shop like this. It's unique and mostly "rough around the edges". Maybe someday I can figure out a way to get a cool bike like this. Who knows, maybe I'll build a website for a shop and they'll pay me with a bike. That would RULE!
