I came across a very unique designer website last night and I thought I should share it with everybody. This is the work of Russian artist Yulia Brodskaya. She has been responsible for making art for pretty much everyone and I think it is completely amazing.

California Trip

We just got back from a trip to California and we had a blast! We were able to do a bunch of work and get a fair share of fun in as well. Flying was a bit scary with little Julia, but she proved to be quite a pleasant traveler. Once we arrived, we had a great time catching up with friends and family. We even were able to take Julia to her first UCLA tailgate. We love you California and are so blessed to be able to see you so often. Here is a bonus video of Julia doing what she does best, being cute (be patient, it takes some time to load).

Not Extreme Enough

I can no longer think I am a badass for jumping out of planes. These wing-suit guys put me to shame in every respect. Talk about laughing in the face of death. Watch the entire video. It just goes from wow to WOW.

Type Rendering on the Web

Proxima Nova lowercase “a,” as rendered by three different browser/OS mixes at 16px. I begun digging into the Typekit service recently and am very happy with what I have found. Not only have I found a group of individuals that are passionate about type, but they are also passionate about typography on the web. While reading around on their blog I came across a post about why fonts look the way they do in web browsers. While the original post doesn't get too deep yet, I look forward to reading more. See people, that is how you get a blog following. Give good content and follow it up with MORE good content. Brilliant!
