The Cross Stitch Movie

I was lucky enough to have a bit of extra time on my hands to help out a very close friend with a website that needed some love. Stacia Black is the writer & director and Matt Ferrone produced a great new short titled "The Cross-Stitch". Take a look at the movie's official site, which is linked below or at LEAST the trailer below. The film is absolutely beautiful and will, no doubt, be winning a slew of awards in countless festivals throughout the next year.

(USGS photo) Once again, I am amazed by the amazing images that have come out of the Boston.com feature. This most recent is an homage to 30 years ago when Mount St. Helens blew her top. Crazy! Pregnancy Update - Week 36

You can barely tell that she's even pregnant, right? I know, she's amazing. Anyways, today starts the big countdown until our new addition arrives. We are under 30 days people! Yikes, I guess I should be freaked out but I'm more fired up than anything. Can't wait to meet the little one.

From the savvy to the satirical, the eye-opening to the jaw-dropping, TIME makes its annual picks of the blogs we can't live without. My favorite from the list, by far, and pictured above is The Oatmeal. Hilarity at every turn. Here is what Time has to say about it: "Ever wonder how to use a semicolon?
